Oh…My, My, My. Alright. First, let me ask this… Why is discussing 
“racism” in this country seen as “taboo?” This just perplexes me… given the history of this country. Slavery existed for hundreds of years…in all of it’s depravity. Jim Crow & the KKK soon followed. And…all of these things are no secret. They happened. It’s our history. So… Why do so many people become extremely uneasy when the topic of “racism” comes up? And…I’m not just talking about White folk. No. I’m talking about all kinds of people…including Black folk. And…it doesn’t matter where your 
at. When the issue of “racism” comes up at work…at school…at public meetings…at President Obama’s press conferences… it gets so damn quiet that you can hear a pin drop. And…the atmosphere changes. If you are in tune…God as my witness…you can feel a change in the air.
I look at their facial expressions… & sense thoughts of, “Oh…here we go again with this racism shit”…”Do we really need to get into this?” My response to this 
is…”DAMN RIGHT!” Isn’t it time that people grow the %$#^ up & start dealing directly with the most controversial issue facing this country? Isn’t it time that people stop ignoring what is literally ripping us apart as a country? (doesn’t that sound familiar… remember the civil war???) And…skipping around the issue does not do anybody…any good. Why? Because you still feel the way you do…& I still feel the way I do…& those who disagree with either one of us…still feel the way they do. And…that means…nothing changes. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Why? Because we’ve avoided the problem…yet again. O.k.
I’m here to tell you… Racism is alive & kicking it’s ass off in these United States… of America. And…it is everywhere. YES…IT…IS. Daily…I hear how lives are impacted by “racist hearts”… ♥… daily. I hear how the ugliness of “hate” attempts to depress & kill the spirit of God’s children. And…let me tell you something. (I must tell the truth & shame the devil) Sometimes… I get sooooo angry about what I’m seeing & hearing…that I want to rip 
somebody’s head off. As my temperature rises…I have to immediately pray to God & ask him to bring my heart into the obedience of Christ. I have to…or else…I could easily get locked up. I kid you not. For example… When I saw those racist Police Officers choke Eric Garner to death, I literally thought I was going to blow a gasket. I was literally so damn angry that tears just streamed down my face. If I had been present at the scene…I probably wouldn’t be alive on earth right now… writing this post. I’m telling you the God in Heaven’s truth. You see…If I had been on the scene …my spirit would not have let me be still. How could the God in me…let me stand idly by while another human being was being KILLED??? NO! NO! NO! I would have jumped on those Police & the rest would have been history. It’s just that simple. You see…My heart wanted revenge…My heart wanted justice. I wanted to choke their asses the same way they were choking him. In just watching it on tv… it was all I could do to maintain any sense of calmness. O.k.
I see & experience “racism” in all of it’s evil glory…on a regular basis. I know that it rages on…daily… in this country. O.k. You probably heard about the 
physical violence that took place in Chicago between Donald Trump’s Supporters & the Protesters. When asked about why she felt the need to come out to Trump’s rally & protest…one protester, Maria Hernandez, a 25-year old community organizer, said this, “I’m protesting because I’m black and Mexican and I’m not sure where he wants to deport me to, but I deal with racism daily in Chicago and I’ve had enough.” You see…more & more people have to get to the place where they too have had enough. Enough… where they take positive steps to fight against racism. But, you can’t get to that place until you first acknowledge that “racism” is one of the biggest…& ugliest problems still facing this country. So…
Has the horrific history of institutionalized slavery in this country taught us nothing??? Was God’s allowance of the Civil War deaths, to the tune of Hundreds of Thousands, all for naught? Then… Why is racism so alive & kicking so damn hard in 2016 U.S.? Let me tell you. Many people seem to lean more to hating their fellow man as opposed to loving them. 
Remember…Paula Deen. She refused to call herself a racist even after admitting publicly to using the N-word and wanting Black waiters to play the role of slaves at a wedding party she was putting together. Crazy ass self… (God told me to move on) O.k.
Many people also have a tendency to blame everyone else, besides themselves, 
for their plight in life. You know what I’m talking about. It’s easy to find a “scapegoat” to blame everything on. Blame someone else…for the fact that you are 50 years old & making minimum wage…despite all the white privileges you have. Blame someone else…for the fact you didn’t graduate from high school…despite all the white privileges you have. Blame someone else…for the fact that you choose to hate instead of love…despite all the white privileges you have. Alright.
Jesus says that all kinds of evil lurks in the hearts of man. He says, ” 21 For it is from within, out of a person’s heart, that evil thoughts come—sexual immorality, theft, murder, 22 adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. 23 All these evils come from inside and defile a person.” (Mark 7:21-23) So, you see…It doesn’t matter if you past 50,000 laws to prevent racist behaviors & to punish racist actions. Racism that emanates from a person is not stopped by some rule of law. Hell No. In an effort to hide their racist intentions, so they don’t lose a job or social position…a racist will be less open about how they truly feel. A racist will attempt to be more clever in how their racist views shape the world. That’s right. For example…
They may be able to keep their racist heart in check, at work, when they work next to a Hispanic person. They think all kinds of racist thoughts but wait… until they get home, or around friends, before vocalizing those thoughts. You 
know…thoughts like… “I wish those spics would go back where they came from” … “It’s true that they are rapists & murderers just like Donald Trump said” … “I hate that these people come here & put their children in schools with mine“… “I’ll be glad when a wall is built to keep these damn people out of this country” … “Why are they here & can’t even speak English?” You know what gets me is this… That same person will sit there & smile in the Hispanic person’s face while they secretly harbour hate towards them.
Oh, I know… It can be hard to hear these truths. But remember, truth is the light that takes away the darkness in our world. Not, my words…but God’s. 
And…You must hear this. Racists normally don’t wear a patch on their sleeves, like the Nazis, to openly display their racist hearts. Most will engage in activities that at first glance may not appear racist. Activities that contribute to institutionalized racism. Example. You see just how many people are following Donald Trump & agree with his racist rhetoric… don’t you??? And…there are many, many more who support Trump secretly. Come on people…this shit is not accidental. They are voting for Donald Trump because they want that “wall” built… they want Muslims to be banned from the U.S…& they want Black folk to stay ‘in their place.’ ” Make no mistake about it. So…
Does God have to rain fire down upon this country again…to bring people to their knees…again? He is telling me that the Civil War will be considered tame in comparison to what He does to this country if racists try to turn back the clock. He will let them know, in no uncertain terms, who is really in charge. So, I say to the closet racist, “You might as well come out of the closet. You need to acknowledge the wickedness of your ways & repent to God. For, while you think you are hurting other humans with your hate…the actual sin is against God. And…God says no sin goes unpunished. God already knows how racist your heart is. And.. It is only God’s view that really counts for anything in this world. Why? It is He who determines what happens to you & your family. The hate that you breathe out into the world is the same hate that will fall in your lap. But…Will you be able to handle this God sent fire that literally & figuratively starts burning your ass?” I’m just asking. O.k…
Racism is here &… will remain. (until Jesus returns) So…Now what? What do we do? When Jesus walked the earth, He dealt straight-up with people about the wickedness of their ways. And… He didn’t “hem & haw” about it. He said what He meant & He meant what He said. For instance…He even called the pastors, reverends & preachers… “devils.” We must follow the example of Jesus. We must confront “racism” head on. We must call a “racist”…a “racist.” And…we must do so unapologetically. This is the only way to deal with this shit. People will do what they do. Meaning? Meaning they will work to change the wickedness of their heart…or…they won’t. At least…we will have confronted their evil, wicked asses head on. At least…we will have worked towards bringing some light into a very dark…dark world.
