17 U.S. Code § 501 – Infringement of copyright
Please…Please….Please…Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, promote, or sell any information on this website without obtaining written permission from me. If you copy, reproduce, distribute, promote or sell any information on this website without obtaining written permission from me, you will be violating the United States copyright laws. What does this mean?
It means that:
1. You could be made to pay the actual dollar amount of damages and profits;
2. You could be made to pay a range from $200 to $150,000 for each work infringed;
3. You could be made to pay for all attorneys fees and court costs;
4. A Court can issue an injunction to stop you from engaging in the infringing acts;
5. A Court can impound the illegal works;
6. You could be sent to jail.
So, to avoid any such ugliness, please do not copy, reproduce, distribute, promote or sell any information on this website without obtaining written permission from me. I am an attorney and I will pursue all legal means if my work product is infringed upon in violation of the U.S. copyright laws.
