Now… Let me tell you what went down that caused “Mista Tweeter” to get his drawers all up in a bunch. O.k…
On Friday night, Vice President-elect Pence, attended the hit Broadway 
musical “HAMILTON” in New York. “Hamilton” is a musical about the life of Alexander Hamilton and the American revolution. The “Hamilton” cast decided to send a message to Vice President-elect Pence, while he was there. Actor, Brandon Victor Dixon, (who plays Aaron Burr in the musical) spoke on behalf of the cast. Here’s the message they sent:
“Ladies and Gentlemen, Thank you so much for joining us tonight. You know… we had a guest in the audience this evening. And…Vice President-elect Pence, I see you walking out but I hope you will hear us just a few more moments. There’s nothing to boo here, ladies & gentlemen. There’s nothing to boo here. We’re all here sharing a story of love. We have a message for you, sir, and we hope that you will hear us out. And, I encourage everybody to pull out your phones & tweet and post because this message needs to be spread far and wide. O.k… Vice President-elect Pence we welcome you and we truly thank you for joining us here at “Hamilton: An American Musical.” We really do. We, sir, we are the diverse America who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us, our planet, our children, our parents, or defend us and uphold our inalienable rights, sir. But we truly hope that this show has inspired you to uphold our American values and to work on behalf of all of us. All of us. Again, we truly thank you for sharing this show…this wonderful American story told by a diverse group of men…women of different colors, creeds and orientations.” (watch video below)

Now…even though Pence was walking out…he never left the Theater & heard everything the cast members had to say. O.k… It appears that some people “booed” Pence while he was at the Theater. But, for the record…the cast members did not. If you pay close attention to what Dixon said (on behalf of the cast)…it was this… “There’s nothing to boo here, ladies & gentlemen. There’s nothing to boo here.” So…let’s dispense with any 
accusations against the cast for any “booing” that did or did not take place. (personally: who the hell cares…people have the right to “boo” or “cheer”…if they want to) Anyway… You tell me… What is wrong with the cast members expressing how they feel??? Are we saying that just because they are cast members in a musical…they have no right to express themselves??? Are we saying that they have no right to express themselves in the Theater where the musical “Hamilton” is being presented??? Does the “Freedom of Speech” that we speak so proudly about … not apply to the “Hamilton” cast when they express this right inside a Theater??? Shit… This was a most powerful message. And… They spoke the truth. People are alarmed & anxious about whether or not the “Trump Administration” will “work towards a more perfect union & insure liberty for them & their posterity.” Now…
Trump’s racist, sexist, anti-muslim messages…throughout the campaign… give a hell of a lot of credence to the anxiety & alarm of the people. Even though he is 
suppose to govern for the benefit of all…his own damn words & actions make many question how he will really govern. And, it doesn’t help with him just picking Stephen Bannon a “white nationalist/supremacist” as his Chief Strategist in the White House. Let alone…nominating for Attorney General…Jeff Sessions, a racist Republican senator from Alabama who said…”the Ku Klux Klan was o.k. with me until I found out they smoked marijuana.” So…. Who gives a shit about Trump being offended by what the “Hamilton” cast said to Mike Pence??? More power to them…I say!!! And…
Who in the hell is Trump to tell these people to “APOLOGIZE!” I say this to that to “Mista Tweeter”… Who are you to tell these grown folk to apologize for speaking their minds? Who the hell are you “King Trump?” If anyone needs to apologize it is your dumb ass. Why? Because you are trying to inhibit “Freedom of Speech” which is suppose to be a pillar stone for democracy. But, you don’t know to much about that do you? You see… The way you have mistreated people & expect them to grovel at your feet SHOUTS out to me that democracy is not something that you hold in high regard. Maybe you should have ran for higher office in the another country? Because here… People have the right to say what they damn well please! Here… We exercise our God given right to speak “freely”…you no good devil! Oh…& by the way…
Mike Pence said this in response to what the “Hamilton” cast said to him… “I did hear what was said from the stage. I can tell you I wasn’t offended by what was said. I will leave to others whether that was the appropriate venue to say it.” In response to the “boos” he heard…Pence said…that is “what freedom sounds like.”
And… Oh, How “Sweet”… Freedom sounds!
