I don’t know if you all remember or not, but this is what I talked about… in terms of what was going on with Martin Shkreli back in August 2015:
“In August 2015, Turing Pharmaceuticals, a start-up company, acquired the drug, call Daraprim. This drug is needed by AIDS patients & other patients suffering with cancer… so they can stay alive. That’s how important this drug is to these patients. The owner of Turing Pharmaceuticals, Martin Shkreli, immediately raised the price from $13.50 a tablet to $750 a tablet. That is an increase in cost that is over 5000%. If the price stays at $ 750.00 a tablet, the annual cost of treatment for some patients would soar to hundreds of thousands of dollars. If that type of thinking is not obscene & diabolical…I don’t know what is. This dude, Martin Shkreli…is already rich. He was a former hedge fund manager. O.k…there is some good news here. That bastard got the backlash of a lifetime. Yes! People rallied to the cause. The backlash was so severe that Shkreli said Tuesday, that he would not raise the cost to $ 750.00 a tablet. He said & I quote, ‘Yes it is absolutely a reaction — there were mistakes made with respect to helping people understand why we took this action, I think that it makes sense to lower the price in response to the anger that was felt by people.’ ”
I went on further to say this to Mr. Shkreli: “How much is enough? Man… you were willing to allow people to die just so you could get even richer? You are a no good *&!^% and you had no business being born you…*&^%$%$…and, another thing… You common $#@&%.”
O.k. A few days ago…Mr. Martin Shkreli was arrested. YES! That $#%&^ was arrested. Why? Federal prosecutors accuse Martin Shkreli, of 
perpetuating a Ponzi-like scheme on investors in former hedge funds he led. At a press conference, Brooklyn U.S. Attorney Robert Capers said “Shkreli essentially ran his company like a Ponzi scheme where he used each subsequent company to pay off defrauded investors from the prior company.” They are saying that he backdated records & created sham consulting agreements with Retrophin ( the pharmaceutical company he founded in 2011) as a way to route the company’s cash to his earlier hedge fund investors. Shkreli is facing securities fraud and conspiracy charges with the allegations stating that he improperly channeled millions in cash and Retrophin stock through those sham consulting agreements.
Is any of this a surprise? NO. You should know…devils will go wandering 
about…wheeling & dealing &… oh yeah…stealing. And… they don’t give a damn about who they screw in the midst of it all. Nothing is different with this devil who calls himself “Martin Shkreli.” Is he guilty? As guilty as sin. It amazes me though…how these evil hearts think they are invincible. They think they are above the law &…above God. They think that their money keeps them far above the fray. “Oh you foolish man, Martin Shkreli. Didn’t you know about the ‘tangled web’ you’d weave…when you practiced to deceive? Evidently not. For what brilliance does it take to end up in jail? None. That can simply come about from being stupid.”
You know..I take solace in the fact that God never sleeps. When I see people like Martin Shkreli getting caught & called on the carpet for the dirt they do…it helps me not to lose hope. You know & I know that many a dirty deed is being done…even as I write this post…for which man’s law will not hold the dirty-doer accountable. Why? Because many of the dirty-doers…protect other dirty-doers. As the saying goes…”One hand washes the other.” It’s just that in these cases…the washing is being done with mud. So…the filth remains.
O.k. with all of this said…Why do people risk their freedom…their reputations…ultimately their souls, by engaging in such acts??? An initial answer might be…GREED. Oh…Yeah…For Sure. But…Let’s go a little deeper. We talked about how Martin Shkreli was trying to change the price of tablets, needed by AIDS patients, from $ 13.50 per tablet to $750. per tablet, but…Why? Why would Shkreli basically say to AIDS patients…” *&$# you”…I’m gonna get mine? What makes a heart so…heart…less?
Now…we know that God says…the greed of money is the “root” of all evil. 
And… sure enough, the shit that Shkreli has been putting down is “pure evil.” And…it looks like the greedy gain of money has been at the “root” of his evil doings. Why? Why did this man place monetary gain, even before, human lives? It really isn’t even that complicated. Shit… This ain’t new. This country has always put monetary gain before…human lives. Remember, back in the day, when children were put to work in those dangerous ass factories in this country. They worked the hell out of those children. And… these extreme child labor conditions existed throughout American history until the 1930s. 
History reveals that American children worked in large numbers in mines, factories, textiles, agriculture and canneries. During the American Industrial Revolution, child labor was a widespread means of providing mass labor at little expense to employers. By 1900… over 2 million children, under the age of 16, were employed. Workdays were often 10 to 14 hours with minimal breaks during the shift. Factory machines often ran so quickly that little fingers, arms and legs easily got caught. Many children were maimed & soooooo many children died. In addition, these factories put out fumes and toxins. When inhaled by children, these fumes & toxins most certainly resulted in illness, chronic conditions or disease.
So, you see…there is definitely nothing new under the sun. When GREED is your guide & money is your GOD…what the %$#& do you care about human 
life…besides, your own… that is? YOU DON’T! And…more people are chasing the money “God” than people would like to fess up to. The numbers are simply astronomical. And… a heart that is moved by “money”… does not allow itself to be led by God. Remember, God says you can’t serve 2 masters. He says, “ No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon (money).” (Matthew 6:24)
Now, do I think that when Martin Shkreli started out in his career, that his goal was to choose GREED over human life? No, I don’t. But, when a heart is predisposed to chase after the things of this world & not God…it doesn’t take much influencing from the devil…to get them to the point of minimizing human life. Remember, the devil hates human beings. And…when the devil starts taking over your being…What won’t you do???…is the real question.
So…choose this day who you will serve…God (the true one) – or – Money.
